“I have wanted to do a boudoir shoot from the very first time I learned what it was. Being a rather large woman, I was terrified that I would be uncomfortable with my photographer, or that the photos would turn out just like nearly all photos of me do. Awkward and unflattering. For years I kept telling myself that I would do it when I lost enough weight, but at what point would be enough for myself?

I found Kendra while browsing Google for photographers in my area. From the moment I read her bio, I knew that if I was going to do it, it would be with her. When I emailed her, I didn’t expect to decide to go through with it. The idea of exposing myself to a stranger with a camera caused me so much anxiety that the thought of it made me want to throw up. When she responded to my email, I decided to set up a video chat with her just to see how it went. After our consultation, she no longer felt like a stranger. I felt so comfortable right away, so we booked!

The day of went smoothly and it was such an amazing experience! We goofed off a bit, and we got serious, and then we got in the water. I had so much fun doing it, that I almost forgot that I was naked on the beach. If you’re on the fence of booking with Kendra, just do it. I promise you that she will capture all of your beauty, even when you think there is not any. I will forever cherish the photos she took of me, she is so skilled beyond compare!
