Oh hey! I’m Kendra K,

If I am passionate about anything, it’s being the one responsible for taking such intimate photos of such beautiful humans. I say this with all the confidence I have within me. It’s my thing. It fires me up like no other being a Seattle boudoir photographer. Not just to photograph, but to do in general and I’m wildly lucky that I get to call this my job and I take photographing you and representing you through photos very seriously.

You will walk in to your session and instantly feel at ease because I am ALWAYS so excited for every session and every new human and body I get to photograph, because everyone is uniquely and beautifully them. My excitement cannot be contained. You’ll realize when you are half naked or fully nude in the woods or all sexied up on the beach or stripped down in the studio, that you have zero worries in the world. You are there, you feel amazing, your confidence is shining through and above all, you are are being your truest self.

I care about giving you incredible photos, but my main priority is how you feel during your session. It’s about photos yes, but it’s also about the experience.

Where you at girl?
The great and beauty state of WASHINGTON! After traveling full time in my self converted van for nearly two years, I decided to park my butt back home and move back to Bellingham. HOW DO I KNOW YOU’RE GOING TO TAKE BADASS PHOTOS OF ME? I’M NOT PHOTOGENIC, WHAT DO I DO?!
“I’m not sexy, I don’t know any poses, this is out of the box for me, I never thought I would do anything like this, I don’t want to look awkward, am I awkward? Im awkward.” Listen, I GOT YOU. I know I am going to take awesome photos of you because A. As sarcastic but truthful as it sounds, it’s my job and I am damn good at my job, so trust that. B. Every person posses a unique type of beauty and energy and all I do is just capture you in your rare, beautiful form and those pictures then turn out to be badass and sexy because they represent the real you! I capture you exactly how I see you and I find everyone beautiful because we all are. Don’t stress about posing, where to put your hands, what to do with your face, or wondering if your butt looks right. Remember, this is what I do for a living and making you look damn good is apart of my job description. Be prepared to see you though, all of you. I won’t shy away from tummy shots, getting up close with your smile lines, and hunny, we all have a little cellulite. But we love all these things about our body because they are apart of our body and we are here celebrating our body, RIGHT?! You got this and I got you boo boo.
WHAT THE HELL DO I WEAR?! IV’E NEVER SHOPPED FOR ANYTHING LIKE THIS!
Whatever your heart desires! Boudoir is not limited to just lace and lingerie. I have photographed people in the most casual of undies and a t-shirt all the way the fanciest and sexiest of lingerie. Boudoir at the end of the day should really be BoudYOU. Wear what YOU feel most comfortable in. If you want to feel oober sexy and on absolute fire, then get some nice lingerie! If you want to feel more stripped down and casual, then bring your favorite bra and undies set. If you feel the most sexiest in your robe, or cotton underwear, or full on leather straps all over your body, then bring it. Wear whatever you feel the most you in. This is so important. After you pay your session fee with me I share with you my boudoir prep guide! You get access to the best of the best prep guides for you shoot. How to mentally prep, body prep and tips and ticks and ideas of places to shop for what to wear!
DO MY PHOTOS HAVE TO BE SHARED? MY GRANDMA IS ON INSTAGRAM AND SHES NOT WOKE…
You have all the rights to decide what I can do with your photos and how I can share them. At the end of the day, these are photos of your body and everyone is different with how they want these types of photos to be shared. I’m lucky because most of my babes don’t mind me sharing their photos because they look so damn good and they quote, “want the world to see!” I have so many amazing, sexy shoots that will never hit the internet or social media because the babes wanted their photos to remain private. This is your body and you have the right to decide how you want them shared or not shared. I have so many different model release options so don’t you worry. You can choose between full rights, limited rights, in person rights and so on! There are plenty of options and I am positive you’ll find one that you are most comfortable with.
I’M FRIGGIN READY. HOW DO I BOOK, WHEN DO I BOOK, WHERE DO I BOOK?
Once you have gone through EVERYTHING and I mean everything on this boudoir website and you know my process and how much you will invest and so on, you can head over to the ‘Book Me’ page and get in touch with me! If I am in your neck of the woods on my USA van travels, great! If not, we can plan months in ahead when I will be in your area! Once you inquire before we even pick a date we set up either a face time/Zoom consultation. We go over products, your session, body lovin and more! After we chat, we pick a date, you pay your session fee, and then we party. Currently being on the road my schedule is very open but if I am not in your region of the country, I would suggest booking 5-6 months in advance, just to be safe! You should book at least 1-2months in advance if you know I’ll be in your area or if you’re a PNW native. Since I am also a wedding photographer, my schedule is very limited, especially in the summer months! The quicker you can get on the schedule to secure a spot the better!
HOW DO I GET MY IMAGES BACK?
Once your session is over you will come back either to the studio, a local coffee shop, or one of our homes 2-5 weeks after your session for your in person reveal! We sit, watch a lil movie of yourself, potentially shed a tear and definitely yell “WHATTT!!” “Me?!” Yess!!” After our initial consultation you already know what art work you have in mind for yourself. You are ready to look over you gallery and pick out your most favorite images to pair with your desired art work. I help you narrow down images and give you my feedback on thoughts on what I think would also look good on your walls/in your album! Every image you have printed in wall art and or album you will also receive a digital copy. Average investment for session fee and art work combined is over $3,000 (past client average) Payment plans available and you even get your art work/album while you are paying off your art.
DO I NEED TO GET MY HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE FOR MY SESSION?
Absolutely not! This goes back to the whole BoudYOU thing. If you don’t wear that much makeup normally, then show up like you! Of course, a full face of glam is always fun for these photos. The more and more I photograph boudoir the more and more I am loving the more stripped down sessions. Not a lot of lace, little to no makeup, messy hair, just real. I dig it so much and capturing you in real form in my opinion is so much better than you wearing a full face of glam if you don’t normally. But of course, this is boudoir and we do like to get sexy here most of the time and makeup is really sexy. So however glam, or however toned down as you want to be. Just make sure you’re being YOU. Hair and makeup can be added on to your package for an additional fee.
CAN I DRINK AT MY SESSION OR BRING A FRIEND!?
Hell yes to the drinking, hell no to the friend (UNLESS you and I have discussed it!). I love friends, they’re great and amazing, but not at your boudoir session. Your session is something truly special and the way you are going to feel during this process is going to be like nothing else you have ever experienced. This is your moment and it’s best that there are no other distractions there, for you and me. In order for me to give everyone a catered, unique experience it’s best that I am in my element and my element is with you because we know one another, this is your session and I’m here to focus on you and your experience, not someone else’s.

I use printing businesses that solely work with photographers like me, who know all the in’s and out’s on resizing and creating beautiful layouts, ready to print at the highest quality of form. I give you the best of the best art work because I believe you deserve the best. You can’t have the most amazing photos of you ever taken and then pair them with low quality prints. These pieces of art work are going to live on forever because they’re going to last a lifetime! These don’t belong in your computer, trust me.
