Sunsets in the southwest are something else
Arizona Engagement Photographer – Hannah and Cody’s sunset session in Phoenix
She lives in my hard drives, in my film strips and in my 4×6 printed family photos.
It’s a tale as old as time in my life. The Balady’s, my close family friends that I grew up with. My brother and I and all four of the Balady siblings. Hannah, being the youngest, this one here who is now a mother of almost two babies! So It was so special for me to be their Arizona engagement photographer for their session!
You’ve heard me say it before, but it’s just too good not to continue to repeat. If I have to opportunity to photograph my loved ones, it just the best of both of my worlds colliding. Not only have we of course done their wedding and family photos and was their Arizona engagement photographer, but this lady here was my subject to my old film camera for years and years! Before I ever got really into photography. She lives in my hard drives, in my film strips and in my 4×6 printed family photos.
Not my first family member to photograph
Not only have I worked with Hannah and Cody, but I have photographed all the sibling’s at various stages of life. Hannah’s older brothers wedding, and her other older brothers engagement photos. Her sister in various places over the country. And all extended love ones at weddings. Being an Arizona engagement photographer is so fun, but being able to capture these special moments with people I’ve known my whole life and love dearly is unmatched!
And now I get more to love, her new family she’s created and the families of the rest of the Balady’s. Forever spending life with my family friends is such a huge blessing, getting to take their photos of their important moments in life is just a huge bonus. Aside from getting the treat to be an Arizona engagement photographer, it’s so much fun making new memories with them in new places.
The desert feels like home
We we’re all born in the desert, us original kiddos, so this place feels at home. Although it’s a new setting to photograph Hannah in, it feels all too familiar. I’m thankful I got to be an Arizona engagement photographer and experience these red rocks and cacti. With the perfect soft pink sunset, it matched well with their outfits and gave the perfect soft veil over these two.
Or I guess I should have said three. Here she is pregnant with her and Cody’s first child 😍 Arizona Engagement photographer turned to maternity photographer! Pregnant with her first son, they now are a family of 4! 5 If you count the dog, which we do.
