This was the ultimate dream wedding in one of the most quaint towns tucked away on one of Washingtons islands. Manor House- A damn dream in and of itself. One of my favorite weddings and definitely one of my favorite venues I have worked at. The bouquet was as big as the bride, the grooms ring had the Olympic Mountains engraved in them, there were homemade whisky sours from the father of the bride and Ashley and Brendan walked down the aisle hand and hand and accidentally tied to one another via the mic cord. They’re perfection.
One thing I love most about the couples I work with is their ability to just roll with it, whether planned or not, they just go with it. Its the most best mentality and attitude to have at your wedding. The day is going to fly by anyways , so spend it laughing it off and enjoying even those moments that don’t necessarily go to planned.
The most epic and fun dance floor I have seen! Never was there not a whole bunch of people getting down to some of the best classic oldies, underneath that giant tent with twinkle lights. It was so dang romantic and just a good time. Everything down to the food (those carrots-DAMN), the venue, the bride and groom and their adorable faces, the hilarious group of groomsmen and bridesmaids, the ideal location right on the water and a special shout out to their day on the local movie theater sign, it was a dream. I would relive this day again if I had the opportunity, hands down.
I wish nothing but a full, happy, healthy life with never ending adventure for the two of you and little Miss Winne and eventually maybe adorable babies. You two are the best, I love your wedding so much <3
