2019- what a year. Lots of up, lots of downs, lots of babes, that’s for sure.
As I start the process of writing my impossible boudoir blog I wanted to first reflect back on all the amazing work I got to create this past year. I wanted to remind myself first of the work I have put into this year before I write to the world my deepest darkest secrets, mostly of feeling inadequate. I was overwhelmed with all the positive feedback, energy and stories I got to bear witness to this year and help share some of those stories with you all. If I have learned one very important lesson of 2019 it’s that I have to fill my cup up first before I can do this job, period. This job is wonderful yet stressful all at the same time and I need to function properly in order to do what I do. In order for me to be the boudoir photographer everyone one needs, I have to be a more happy, healthy Kendra. I can’t do this if I don’t even know how to take care of myself. <—- more of this to come in my blog
The bulk of this year was definitely studio work. I got to create and explore more with the human body and when I did get the chance for some outdoor work, I hit it out of the park. Outdoor body work is always my favorite and I hope to do much more of it in 2020. I know it’s cold out there people, but nature is always BETTER!
A huge, giant thank you to every person shown here and every person not shown here, that I had to ultimate joy of working with this year. You made me get through this year, so thank you for brining the heat and trusting me to capture you in the most epic vet vulnerable way.
Here’s to 2020! There are some BIG things coming ahead so stay tuned my sexy babes
