When Lilly reached out she was hesitant to book at first. Those consultation calls are everything! This is a nerve wracking experience, so meeting virtually helps ease you in and make you feel the most comfortable when you meet me. She was already in on beach boudoir and once she was in with me, it was go time!

Lilly showed up, was herself, didn’t shy back, and in turn, we have these stunning photos. We love a client who shows up, already MADLEY in love with themselves and their body, and brings her own unique and powerful energy to her session. When it comes to any boudoir, let alone outdoor beach boudoir, I always give direction. You’re never a sitting duck out there like, what do I do with my hands. But when you come with the I know I look good attitude, it make it all the better.

Beach Boudoir in the PNW

Looks a little something like this, and I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. Where else can you have this moody of a vibe on the coast of WA for your boudoir session. Fog is the ultimate welcomed guest to any outdoor session. If its located in the northwest, then we all know we love to welcome in all Twilight vibes.

Thanks to Lilly, she was able to get us to this location for her beach boudoir session! I always love to see these special spots for my clients that they have a soft spot for in their heart, have traveled to throughout there lives or love dearly just for the sake of it. I don’t mind adding new locations to the list everyday!

A sheet is all you need

When Lilly reached out to inquire about her beach boudoir session, she had the vision of her in the water with just a white sheet! I already saw and loved her vision and it was my favorite look of her whole session. Something about a body, water and a wet sheet.

The contrast from the alluring fog, the sharp PNW rocks, and the softness of the white sheet with Lilly wrapped all up in it is a VISION. Lilly’s beach boudoir photo above to the right is one of my favorite I think I have ever taken! Ugh, why is my job so cool!

“I have wanted to do a boudoir shoot from the very first time I learned what it was. Being a rather large woman, I was terrified that I would be uncomfortable with my photographer, or that the photos would turn out just like nearly all photos of me do. Awkward and unflattering. For years I kept telling myself that I would do beach boudoir when I lost enough weight, but at what point would be enough for myself?

I found Kendra while browsing Google for photographers in my area. From the moment I read her bio, I knew that if I was going to do it, it would be with her. When I emailed her, I didn’t expect to decide to go through with it. The idea of exposing myself to a stranger with a camera caused me so much anxiety that the thought of it made me want to throw up. When she responded to my email, I decided to set up a video chat with her just to see how it went. After our consultation, she no longer felt like a stranger. I felt so comfortable right away, so we booked!

The day of went smoothly and it was such an amazing experience! We goofed off a bit, and we got serious, and then we got in the water. I had so much fun doing it, that I almost forgot that I was naked doing beach boudoir. If you’re on the fence of booking with Kendra, just do it. I promise you that she will capture all of your beauty, even when you think there is not any. I will forever cherish the photos she took of me, she is so skilled beyond compare!
