Back, with The Sullivans, at home in Seattle.
Chop it up to the last couple of years, but man am I behind on blogging! Nevertheless, this family still managed to help keep my employed throughout the pandemic (lol) and we did a little, safe, 2020, fancy at home in Seattle, backyard fancy family session. (Themed family sessions? Yes.) We only live once, so why not get in your best garb at 7 in the morning? Create memories and also simultaneously, great photos.
Like I have mentioned before, having the honor of photographing other photographers feels like this weird flex, a very humble flex that is. Especially when it comes to this growing little family. When Laura said we want sunrise, champagne, good plates, decor and fancy clothes, I was willing to set my alarm for 5am. But they could of been in pajamas and I still would of woken up at 5am. As fellow photographers, these two knew when the lighting was going to hit just right, so of course, I obliged and trusted their judgement and that morning sun delivered!
I look to them and I see a possible future for myself. Family, a partner, possibly. But they just continue to inspire me by being them and being the badass entrepreneurs and creatives they are. Anyone who knows them, or who knows of them, knows that they are truly special humans. Creative, fun, inclusive, community pillars, amazing parents, friends. They are true life aspirations on how to live to the absolute fullest! Believe it not, this little lady right here is two and has been to more countries than I have. You couldn’t of picked a cooler life, with more incredible parents.
I feel so fortunate to be inspired and loved by this little family.
Follow them along their continued journey. New baby and living in a new city!
