Time should never be taken for granted. There are many things in life that we take for granted daily, and I am a culprit of it too. But if there is anything I have learned from attending Burning Man, it’s that everything is temporary. The bad, the good, the beauty, the innocent, the wise- all temporary.
One thing we can guarantee that will always be temporary, our bodies. We’ll only be in this state for a moment in time. Not only do we continue to physically change but we change on the inside literally and metaphorically. Whether we have mobility, soft skin, long hair or a good back one day- we never know what can happen the next. If we’re aligned, in tune, connected and supported in our bodies one day, we don’t know what we can experience next.
Time is fleeting and we never know when we have missed our moments. Those small little flutters you feel in your soul when you find something that feels in alignment with where you’re at in your life timeline, don’t ignore those little flutters. It’s your intuition talking to you, god, your higher self, your ancestors, whatever you deeply believe, believe what you feel deeply about.
Women have always been told to listen to their intuition, it’s the most powerful thing one woman can do. It’s something that I have held close to my heart throughout my life and today, I feel like I can practically predict the future, my future. No matter how you identify, your inner voice and trust will always guide, only if you choose to listen to it.
Don’t ignore the flutters
