TJ & Danielle and were one of my first couples to book me for 2019. TJ had just moved to Washington for work and waited for months for Danielle to finish school down in Florida for her to join him in starting their new life in WA. Danielle got here with their sweet dog Ruger just weeks before their big day!
Talk about wedding anticipation! Spending the majority of their engaged life apart, you can bet they were both looking forward to their special day and all being reunited as one cute, little family.
It was a slightly overcast day in June, kind of like today, but today is flipping August 8th and this weather is now getting a little ridiculous. They rented out a huge, beautiful home in Monroe with a view of the mountains, which we were able to see a little bit, and all their family and friends all traveled to WA to watch these two get hitched!
The one thing I love/hate about this day was after the reception their sweet little pup Ruger got in an altercation with another dog and needed to go to the vet. Poor Ruger was profusely bleeding from his neck and was swelling up by the minute. Before I knew it, both TJ & Danielle were out of their fancy wedding clothes and into their jeans a Patagonia’s to take their baby to the vet. I felt even more love and admiration for these two that day.
Yes, it was their wedding, but there are some things more important in life then weddings and those are your kids weather they be in human or animal form.
Ruger had to stay overnight in the vet and by the next morning was doing fine and well! Ruger, TJ and Danielle are all now loving life in WA hiking all the beautiful mountains as one cute, sweet little family. I felt so honored to been apart of their special and also scary day.
