For me, getting to photograph a new babe at a brand new spot is equivalent to me being at Disneyland when I was 5 years old. I’m looking in every single direction all at once making a list in my head of every little tree trunk, fern, dewy patch of grass and mossy log we are going to pose on.

I was so happy when Tonia asked if we could shoot at Lake Crescent. Take me to those beautiful still waters please!! I thought we were just gonna go for that damn beautiful scenery, which is about half of the reason why. Tonia wanted to have her session at Lake Crescent for the beauty, but also for what it meant to her. It’s has a special place in her heart, so special she has the area tattooed on her leg!
